Cancellation Policy

- ✦Bespoke and custom-engraved designs cannot be cancelled once production starts.
- ✦COD orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch verification calls.
- ✦Refunds for cancelled orders are processed immediately to original payment modes.
At Arihas Jewellers, we understand that plans can change. We aim to offer maximum flexibility while maintaining our meticulous manufacturing and dispatch schedule. This Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for order modifications and cancellations.
1. 12-Hour Cancellation Window
For all standard products, you may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it on our website.
- •Once an order is cancelled within this window, a full refund is automatically initiated to your original bank, card, or UPI account.
- •To cancel, simply log into your Arihas account, visit the "My Account" dashboard, find the order, and click "Request Cancellation", or contact our customer team directly.
2. Post-Dispatch & In-Transit Cancellations
Once an order has been secure-sealed and dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled in transit.
- •If you decide you no longer wish to keep the item, please accept the delivery and then initiate our standard 7-day return process.
- •Refusing delivery of high-value, fully insured shipments causes logistics issues and delays. We request clients to accept the package and return it through our safe, pre-paid reverse pick-up channels.
3. Custom, Engraved & Bespoke Orders
Orders that involve custom engravings, custom-sized rings, or bespoke designs commissioned directly from our design team enter the production pipeline after 12 hours.
- •Once master artisans begin crafting custom moulds or setting stones for your custom order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- •For customized pieces, we suggest checking in with our design consultants during the first 12 hours to iron out specifications.
