We promise that all jewellery items purchased from Arihas are 100% authentic and made of precious metals and genuine gemstones as described.
- •All gold jewellery pieces carry the official BIS Hallmark (Bureau of Indian Standards) certifying their purity.
- •All solitary diamonds or custom-set diamond pieces are delivered with standard grading reports from globally recognized institutes like IGI, GIA, or SGL.
2. Gold Market Pricing & Fluctuations
As gold and diamond values are linked directly to live global trading exchanges, prices displayed on our online boutique are subject to update at regular intervals. The price locked at the exact moment of checkout and payment confirmation is final. We do not offer retrospect adjustments if gold rates decrease, nor do we bill you extra if gold rates rise during manufacture.
3. Custom Commissions & Sizing Responsibility
Customized pieces require high-precision measurements. To ensure a perfect fit:
- •Clients are responsible for specifying exact ring sizes, bracelet lengths, or custom measurements during checkout.
- •If an item needs resizing due to a client size input error, a nominal resizing and secure transport fee will be charged.
