At Arihas Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to shop with absolute confidence. When an eligible item is returned, our refund policy ensures you receive your funds back quickly, transparently, and in accordance with premium client standards.

1. Refund Methods & Timelines

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it undergoes an expert quality inspection. Upon approval, we will process your refund through one of the following methods of your choice:

Original Payment Method

Refunds are credited directly to your bank account, credit card, or UPI ID. We initiate the transfer within 3 business days, and the bank processes it in 5 to 7 business days.

Store Credit + 5% Bonus

Receive your refund as an Arihas digital gift card instantly with a complimentary 5% bonus. The store credit has no expiration date and can be used on any future purchase.

2. Quality Approval Check

To complete your refund, the returned item is verified by our inspection team:

  • The item must correspond exactly to our database records, including weight, gemstones, serial numbers, and hallmarks.
  • Items showing alterations, size adjustments done by external jewellers, or wear marks are not eligible and will be shipped back to you.

3. Deductions & Shipping Costs

We aim to make our return process fully transparent and cost-free:

  • Domestic Shipments: No shipping deductions, handling fees, or restocking fees are applied. You receive 100% of your invoice value.
  • International Shipments: Standard custom duties, local taxes, and original international shipping costs are paid to state agencies and are non-refundable.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For orders completed using Cash on Delivery, the refund is executed via NEFT/IMPS Bank Transfer. Our customer support team will contact you securely to request your bank account number, IFSC code, and beneficiary name. To protect your privacy, we never request or store sensitive bank passwords, card numbers, or PINs.
