We offer complimentary, fully insured standard shipping for all orders within India, with no minimum order value required.

We also provide international shipping to select countries (including North America, Europe, Asia, and UAE). International shipping rates are computed at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery country.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Every piece of fine jewellery undergoes a rigorous quality check and security seal before dispatch:

• •Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our central warehouse.
• •Made-to-Order & Custom Designs: Crafted by our master artisans and ready for dispatch in 7 to 14 business days.
• •Standard Delivery: Arrives within 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch across major Indian metros, and 4 to 6 business days for regional pin codes.

3. Ultra-Secure Packaging

Each jewellery piece is placed inside our signature plush velvet box, which is nestled within an outer protective box. The entire package is then enclosed in a specialized, tamper-evident and waterproof courier bag. To maintain utmost privacy and security, the outer shipping package is fully discreet, carrying no visible brand logos or references to jewellery.

4. Security & Signature Delivery

To safeguard your precious purchase, all shipments require a secure verification:

• •A physical signature and photo verification are required by our premium logistics partner upon delivery.
• •Packages will not be left unattended at doorways or with unauthorized third parties.
• •We strongly advise clients to inspect the tamper-evident seal closely before accepting the delivery. Do not accept a package if the security seal appears broken, cut, or resealed.
