At Arihas Jewellers, we take pride in our authentic craftsmanship and exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless, complimentary 7-day return and exchange policy for all eligible fine jewellery items.
1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items must meet the following guidelines:
- •The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, showing no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
- •All original security tags, designer tags, protective packaging, and luxury boxes must remain fully intact and attached.
- •The original authentic diamond grading reports, gold purity certificates, and invoice must be returned. Failure to return grading reports will result in a replacement certificate fee of ₹3,500.
2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
Please note that the following purchases are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once processed:
- •Bespoke designs, custom orders, engraved jewellery pieces, or rings that have been custom-resized to order.
- •Any items returned after the 7-day return window has elapsed.
3. Return & Exchange Process
Initiating a return is simple and fully secure:
- Request Pickup: Contact our concierge team via email at support@arihas.com or call +91 22-49722666 within 7 days of delivery. State your order number and whether you wish to make a return or exchange.
- Secure Packaging: Place the item, along with its certificates and documents, back in its original presentation box. Place the presentation box inside a secure shipping box.
- Insured Pick-up: Our courier partners will schedule a secure pickup at your convenience. A dynamic tracking number and digital receipt will be provided at the time of pickup.
- Quality Inspection: Once received at our central facility, our master appraisers will inspect the jewellery within 48 business hours to verify authenticity and state.
4. Exchanging for a Different Piece
If you wish to exchange your item for a different piece, size, or style, you may do so. If the new item has a higher value, the difference will be billed. If the new item has a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit or refunded to your original payment method based on your choice.
